Form follows function

In the development of the high-resolution T-series an enormous amount of effort was invested. The unusual three-dimensional design of the Swans T700 was created from an audible point of view. While designing the cabinet our engineers tried to reduce unwanted reflections, standing waves and enclosure resonances to a bare minimum. The asymmetrical sturdy housing consists of an aluminum sandwich front-plate so that vibrations have no chance at all. The sloping housing front provides for a phase-accurate sound-dispersion, produced by the big Swans RT2 ribbon tweeter and the magnesium low-midrange speaker. This high-quality 2-way combination is supplemented in the lower frequencies by two retrial-arranged, 20 cm wide, long-throw woofers. The T700 convinces in addition to its unusual design with a very fast high-resolution sound impression coupled with true bass fidelity. Powered by high-quality electronics, this speaker can handle every kind of music material and is capable of reproducing the entire frequency range astonishingly realistically.

Running these speakers with exaggerated cheap hi-fi components is not recommended!
